Construction on the Santa Cruz–Scotts Valley Intertie is hitting key milestones this March, including wrapping up final details on La Madrona Drive, installing the project’s final fire hydrant near the Highway 17 exit and moving on to concrete finishing as well as other tasks at 6000 La Madrona.
