The District is currently working on two new wells. Here are the status updates on these important water supply projects.

Crews started drilling the Grace Way Exploratory Borehole near Scotts Valley Drive in mid-August. This 8-inch borehole will go 1000 feet below the ground surface or until bedrock is hit. Geophysical information gained from this exploratory borehole will inform the design of the future Grace Way Well, which will be drilled on the same site. This project is expected to take 3-4 weeks and drilling will occur only during daylight hours Monday through Friday.
