WATER SHORTAGE CONTINGENCY PLAN (WSCP) – ADOPTION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Scotts Valley Water District will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 14, 2026, at 6:20 P.M. at the Scotts Valley Water District Office, 2 Civic Center Drive, Scotts Valley, CA, to consider adoption of the District’s updated Water Shortage Contingency Plan (WSCP).

Written comments may be submitted to the District prior to the public hearing. Oral comments may also be presented at the hearing. Following the hearing, the Board of Directors may take action to adopt the WSCP.
