COVID 19 Update
The District understands that some customers may face financial hardships as a result of the COVID-19 emergency and will not be charging late fees on delinquent accounts or disconnecting water service for non-payment untill further notice.
If COVID-19 has significantly impacted your ability to pay, please call (831) 438-2363 to arrange a payment plan.
For customers not struggling financially as a result of COVID-19, your continued prompt payments are especially helpful and appreciated.
Rate Assistance is a discounted water rate program to assist eligible low-income households. Participants receive a discounted Basic Service Charge and Uniform Rate for water consumption. Account holders must be enrolled in PG&E CARE to be eligible. Qualifying Medical Needs
Qualifying Medical Needs is a discounted water rate designed to assist customers who are themselves or care for resident patients with special medical needs. The medical need must warrant exceptional water use in order to qualify for the program. The Online Bill Pay System allows you to pay your bill online 24/7 from the convenience of work or home using your Visa or Mastercard.

With AutoPay, you'll never have to worry about writing a check, paying for postage, or risking costly late fees again. Through AutoPay, your bi-monthly bill is paid automatically from debit or credit card (Visa or Mastercard).

There is a Drop Box in the parking lot for payments made after hours, on weekends, or on holidays. The Drop Box is checked Monday - Friday during regular business hours. Please do not leave cash payments in the Drop Box.
Payments may also be made at the District office, located at 2 Civic Center Drive during regular business hours. You can pay your bill with cash, check, Mastercard or Visa.
