On February 11, 2010, Scotts Valley Water District held a public hearing for a proposed new rate structure. The Board of Directors passed the new rate ordinance 4-1, and the first application of the new rate structure will be seen on the April 30, 2010 water bill.
On December 15, 2011, the water rates were updated. The Connection Fee and Water Replenishment Impact Fee for new meters were updated.
