Meters are normally read during the second week of the even months and consumption is calculated on a 60 day cycle. The bills are issued at the end of the even months (February, April, June, August, October and December). The basic service charge is also calculated on a 60 day cycle which runs through the end of the billing month for services already rendered. The form below allows you to calculate your water bill by tier usage for a 60 day cycle. Rates for this calculator are valid for usage from 12/15/2007 - 12/15/2008.
