1) Credit of up to $100 for installing an approved H-axial washing machine in a residential application to replace a washing machine that does not meet this approval standard;

2) Credit of up to $200 for installing an approved H-axial washing machine in a commercial application to replace a washing machine that does not meet this approval standard.  Commercial application is herein defined to mean any washing machine that is coin operated and is intended to serve more than one family, residential structure or premise.

Customers are required to submit a Rebate Application along with a copy of the receipt for purchase when requesting a credit.  Make sure to include all receipts if applying for a rebate for more than one fixture, toilet, and/or washing machine.
