2009 Water Conservation Print Ad Design Contest - This winter the Scotts Valley Water District will host its first annual Water Conservation Print Ad Design Contest. The contest is open to all high school students in the District and is intended to encourage students to get informed about water use in our area. Winning entries will be published in the Scotts Valley Press Banner and entrants will be awarded a scholarship for higher education.
